Australian coffee is similar in concept to affogato - it's cold coffee with ice cream in it. It’s rich, sweet, and delicious. You can keep this iced coffee recipe simple or go all out with additional flavors, whipped cream, and even sprinkles.

Ingredients
- 2 shots of Espresso, chilled
- 1/4 cup whole milk
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
Whipped cream, optional
Chocolate shavings
Directions
- Pull 2 shots of Espresso and chill it in the fridge
- Add milk to chilled espresso
- Optional: Add a tablespoon of chocolate syrup (or caramel, hazelnut for a tad of sweetness)
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream
- Add whipped cream
- Optional: Use a microplane or regular cheese grater for chocolate shavings - sprinkle on top and enjoy!
