Firmdale Hotel Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 400g of your choice of nuts (chopped but not too small)
- 200g oats
- 200g honey
- 75g grapeseed oil
- Orange Zest
- 125g dried fruit
Directions
- Warm the honey, zest and oil.
- Once warm, mix together with the nuts, oats and fruit.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press in the mix evenly across the tray.
- Bake at 130 degrees centigrade for one hour, press and cool.
- Cut when cold - the next morning is best.
- You can bake this loosely on a tray, if you just want regular loose granola.
