Our decaffeinated coffee uses a naturally occurring extract from sugarcane production called Sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) process. EA naturally extracts caffeine from green coffee while retaining all the compounds contributing to aromatics and beautiful flavor notes.
As a medium roast coffee, the result is a sweet cup of coffee with notes of vanilla, gingersnap, and simple syrup. It’s the best damn decaf you will ever drink!
