Story
We consulted the head of the Latin Department at Western Washington University and were told that Espresso Classico roughly translates to “Classic Espresso.” This led us to create a shade grown espresso blend that pays homage to the classic Northwest-style blend. Round, sweet & buttery. You can trust that this blend will consistently taste scrumptious on your home espresso machine, as well as through your French Press, Aeopress or your Mr. Coffee. Classic. Semi-sweet chocolate, caramel, lively and intense. Sustainable Ground Coffee. Medium Roast– Agtron 64

Tony's is the Pacific Northwest’s original craft coffee roaster. For more than 45 years, they have been roasting in Bellingham, Washington. Nestled along the waters of the Puget Sound, in the shadow of the North Cascades, the work of Tony's Coffee Bellingham is inspired by the beauty of our surroundings. To ensure the quality in your cup and the sustainability of specialty coffee, they travel each year to work with producers who combine experience with experimentation. Their coffees have won many awards over the years, including America's Best Espresso and top honor at the Specialty Coffee Association's Roasters Choice Competition. They focus on organic, fair trade coffees in a wide variety of roast level ranging from light to medium to dark.

Very well-balanced. Creamy. Nutty. Hint of acidity at the finish. Perfect shot of espresso.
