Triangle Accent

This Fair Trade and organic certified offering was sourced from San Martin de Pangoa, in the larger Junin region of Peru. The coffee was produced by the Agraria Sangareni Cooperative at between 1,000-2,000 meters. Our organic medium roast coffee accentuates rich notes of hazelnut and toffee with a smooth finish.

    From the opening of the coffee, a deep jungle aroma emerged with a faint flowery back scent coming from the smell of the sweet bean roast. The first cup subtly revealed the fine hazelnut nuttiness flowing from within the delicious heart of coffee flavor, tinged with a final after taste of citrus. As the cup cooled, the flavor slightly sweetened. Only the necessity of sleep prohibits me from immediately savoring another delicious cup. I recommend this tasty trip to Peru from start to finish.

    Very smooth and creamy. Nice notes of cocoa and a hint of almond. Just like the profile says. A delicious cup.
