Story

Triangle Accent

This organic, fair trade coffee is grown by smallholder farmers contributing their coffee cherry to the Perfiles Cooperative in Cajamarca, Peru. Formed in 2019, the Perfiles Cooperative works with 219 members in a region known for producing some of the country’s best coffees. The people in this region are highly regarded for their unwavering connection to the land, engaging in agricultural practices that not only sustain their livelihoods but also embody a deep respect for nature.  We find this coffee to be be juicy and bright with tasting notes of pomegranate, plum, English Toffee, cranberry, citrus, and tootsie roll.
